This webinar looks at Dispute Boards from the perspectives of both those seeking to resolve disputes and of the parties to the disputes. We will look at the subtle practical differences between a dispute review board (DRB), which issues informal advice and non-binding recommendations; a dispute adjudication board (DAB), which issues binding decisions; and a combined dispute board, which carries out both functions. It will look at the current Ciarb Dispute Board Rules and assess where modifications may now be appropriate. This webinar focused on the more practical aspects (including enforcement) and ought to be of tangible interest to all Members of Ciarb.
