James Perry, a Founding Partner at PS Consulting, will be helping train during a 16-hour online course that will take place over a handful of days. The current schedule has classes that will be held on October 3rd, October 10th, October 17th, and October 24th. The Making and Writing of DAB/DAAB Decisions & Opinions Writing Course will cover essential skills to effectively serve as members of a Dispute Avoidance and Adjudication Board (DAB/DAAB) under the FIDIC 1999 and 2017 contract forms.
