LCL Alliance co-founders Christophe Lapp, a partner with ADVANT Altana, and James (Jim) Perry, co-founder and partner of PS Consulting, along with Chiraz Abid, an associate with ADVANT Altana, will participate in the roundtable discussion, “Technical Assistant to the Tribunal, a (Welcome) New Feature in Complex Arbitrations?” on March 30 at 11:00 CET during Paris Arbitration Week.

Christophe, Jim, Chiraz, and others will discuss the concept of ‘technical assistant’ and a proposed set of rules that parties and arbitral tribunals may wish to adopt in cases involving complex technical or factual issues. The discussion will be held in English.
